REFUND POLICY: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors at P.O. Box 235, Standard, CA 95373. A $15.00 per player refund will be granted up to August 1, 2008. No refund requests will be considered after August 31, 2008. Special consideration concerning refunds may be given for extenuating circumstances. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for processing refunds.

TEAM ASSIGNMENTS:
Players must play in their appropriate age group. Players will be assigned to teams of the proper age group, based on their age as of 7/31/08. Players will not be allowed to "play up" in age.

Girls may play on boys' teams by circling "boys" on the "Team Assignment" line of the player registration form.

Siblings of the SAME AGE GROUP may play on the same team. To make this request, please fill out the "Comments" line on the player registration form.

Please don't make special requests for transportation, or for a particular coach or team members. Due to the increasing size of our league, it is not possible to honor these special requests.

PRACTICE LOCATIONS:
Players will be placed on a team in a particular practice location on a first-come, first-served basis. To request placement on a team that practices in a preferred location, put the appropriate "zone" number in the "1st" and "2nd" choices on the "Team Formation" line on the player registration form.

Sierra Photography will take posed photos mid-season. They are available in various photo quantity packages, and include team and individual player photos, plus soccer sports cards. Each team member has the option to purchase these photos.

The price for the uniforms is included in the registration fees. There is no additional cost for the uniforms. Team-colored jersey, shorts and socks will be given to each player the first week of practice.

Shin guards must be purchased by each player. Players will be responsible for providing their own (optional) soccer shoes and (mandatory) shin guards. No player will be allowed on the practice field without properly fitting shin guards. There may be some used soccer shoes available at the booth at Standard Park.
